His team was consistently ranked as the top sales teams in each market for assets over $30 million in value. His responsibilities included coordinating the entire process of a transaction, from winning the new business to closing the transaction. He underwrote, analyzed and valued assets; he pitched and prospected for new business; he edited and directed the creation of marketing materials and offering memorandums; and he interacted directly with investors and clients throughout the entire transaction process. Dan managed and coordinated deal-specific teams of professionals.
